I am 25 weeks prégnant , husband with translocation of chromosome 13, i had miscarriage AT 4 weeks before this prégnancy, i only did non invasive prenatal diagnosis for trisomy 13 , i refused aminiocenthesis because i was afraid , thé non invasive test was low risk for all trisomies , Anatomy scan showed no malformations no dysmorphia and nucheal translucency was 1 mm normal , thé baby weights 850 grammes normal of age , and moves well , i am still afraid of trisomy 13 , Can ultrasound fil to detect it ?
