I had c sec in July. Now i had missed periods. I have done pregnancy test. It was positive. I visited my gyne she done my usg nd told k sac bn chuka ha ab agar koi tablet lo gi bleeding k ly to dnc krwani pre gi jo k bht dangerous ha ab. Nd she said agar naturally bleeding hoti ha to dnc ki.zrort nhi hogi. Ye chez jar se khudi khtm ho jae gi. Dr ne kaha k garm cheze khao ajwain wgera ho skta h khudi bleeding ho jae. I want second opinion k agar 2nd ya 3rd mnth me b bleeding ho kiya tb b dnc ki.zrort nh hoti ? Kindly guide me what should i do ? M very worried.

- Dear miscarriage after previous cesearean section if happens by luck then also it should be checker that products come out Completely or not .as previous scar there .
- in normal healthy healing of previous cesearean Les risk of Haemohrrage or membranes adhesions with previous scar but Complicated cesearean section. or with multiple cesearean section history miscarriage could show dangerous symmptoms not in all cases but in few cases.
- medicine also can use as can be use in normal petient with out history of cesearean and surgical Evacuation also need expertise hands and many Precautions.
- Haemohrrage ,rupture ,perforations etc are risk of Evacuation .
