Salam Doctor my husband n I last met on 9th may which was 2 days before my periods but still i took ecp to be safe .on 11th may i got bleeding ( light bleeding for 4 days ) . I’ve very regular cycle pf 30 days . In june I didn’t get my periods on 11th so i took UPT it came out negative after 4 days delay I got my beta hcg done it came out <0.100 miu/ml . Then after 7days delay on 17th june i got bleeding last for 3 days . (Dark red bleeding ) but after that I was experiencing symptoms like occasional cramps in uterus , nausea , enlargement of abdomen . So on july 4th i got an other beta hcg done and it came out 1.09 miu/ml . And UPT is still negative even after almost 2 months . What should I do ? Is this pregnancy ? If not then why my abdomen is getting bigger in size ?
ECP is a very high dose of hormone and is not recommended as contraception in a stable relationship. These are all side effects of ECP and will take some time to clear from body

ur beta HCG is considered negative.u r not pregnant. u r having irregular periods Bec of hormones u took. for proper contraception u have to go to gynaecologist .
nausea, abdominal cramps weight gain these all are because of very high dose of hormones in ECPs. it will take few months to balance your hormonal levels to normal
this is not pregnancy. Better you take some multivitamin with zinc like Surbex Z.
