Asslamoalikum just yesterday i had my first beta (blood test) to confirm my pregnancy so its thr report attached below my hcg level comes 234 something so is it good?also they called me again this friday to do my blood test again what is the reason behind calling me again for blood test?also is this report confirm that iam pregnant?
These are low levels so need to be rechecked after 48 hours
How many days you are overdue last cycle date . In start of pregnancy it can be on lower side but needs reevaluation

Its almost 9 days i missed my periods also i conceived througg 5 days taking clomid then i took hcg trigger shot and then i took home pregnancy test from day 20th feb it was coming faint positive. So its my first pregnancy by getting treatment

-Dear beta hcg is marker for progression of pregnancy.
-it can detect pregnancy when urine pregnancy test cant.
-if it shows increase after 48 hrs more then 60%of previous then it's then it's progressive healthy pregnancy but if shows sub optimal rise less then 60 %in next 48 hrs then it's ectopic pregnancy and need to have detailed Evaluation..
-observe for one sided lower abdominal pain and report gynae Emergency if observe.
Have folic acid daily.

Yeah but iam not having any severe abdominal pain its jus slighlty pain so slightly even iam not feeling too much pregnancy symptoms,? So is it fine not to feel pregnant iam not having any nausea or vomiting feeling,?

Yes you are pregnant may be they want to done after 48 hours to see it will be double you take folic acid 1 mg daily nd do u/s after two weeks nd then let me know

Yeah i had my second beta test today result will be given in Monday also iam taking prenatal vitamins? Is it also ok to take it,?and yes they sheduled me for next u/s march the 8th then foh sure i will let u know.

JazakAllah for dua doc iam taking prenatal vitamins which has folic acid too so is it same na? Also my most concern is that iam pcos and i conceive in heavy weight iam almost 100kg?can you please tell me what diet should i take?

Yes it has to be repeated after 48 hours as levels are low

I got my second beta result also its says 624 and my doc said it good its more than double its tripple ? But iam still confused about how many weeks pregnant iam?

Doc tel me one thing suppose if the result is 514.6 in first time test what does it mean? and it will increase good for pregnancy or decrease is good for pregnancy to next test

Yes i had my second beta blood test today results they will let me know monday also they said iam already 5 weeks 1 day pregnant and they also make my next appointment on 8th march for my first obgyn ultrasound. Also but when i had this first beta test they told me its its good almost 234 usually in first beta test people have jus lil bit over than 100 and urs is 234? But today now i had my blood test again result they are going to tell me on monday.

Its good to have your next obgyn scan and repeat beta hcg .take folic acid regularly and good follow up with your obstetrician.good luck ????
