- Dear its not necessary that after any time during cycle while having sex u get pregnant ,Only few fertile days of cycles have tendency to help in conception so if sex done in that period more chances to have pregnancy .
- urine pregnancy test and scan unable to detect very Early pregnancy .Serum beta hcg is advised as blood pregnancy test to check pregnancy status even before next expected menstruation date as soon as u feel some symptoms of pregnancy .
- it depends why u had cesarean section? it was normal surgery or had Complications ?Intra op and /or post op.how many cesareans / surgeries,risk factors and medical risks u have all over to increase complications ?? But better have 2-3 years break atleast so in case of previous cesarean ends in to another cesarean so body do have strength to recover fast along with newborn baby care and other responsibilities .
- breast feeding if u have had experience of it u know that after birth ,mother should try to feed baby instead of pain ,tiredness etc .sucking increase breast milk ejection as well as production .So proper feeding from both sides and regular emptying of breast favour long term breast feeding .

Interval should be 2.5 years. You get your pregnancy test done after you miss your periods.
When u miss ur periods then u can get a pregnancy test , . It’s better to wait for at least a year after ca to get pregnant again but if u get pregnant earlier then , no problem, go ahead with it...gradually u will stop lactation
