i am having first trimester of pregnancy.. few days after missed periods has been passed.. i feel cramping in uterus occassionaly and in lower abdomen. is it normal or not? if not what could i do ?
is it your first pregnancy or do you have kids earlier.what is exact duration of pregnancy .any urinary complaints .better to consult gynecologist so proper evaluation can be done and further treatment can be advised.take folic acid regularly

Please consult your gynaecologist. You may need c/e urine and ultrasound to see pregnancy is growing normally.
Have an Usg at 6 weeks , take folic acid , can take no spa in case of pain , if fetus viable , then take harmonal support

-if scan not done better to have detailed scan with Expertise hands and Antenatal registration with all basic labs including blood grouping if normal viable, intrauterine pregnancy.
-have urinalysis and urine culture.
-folic acid daily and tab duphaston 10 mgs twice daily(if viable intrauterine pregnancy).
-have restricted activities in case of healthy pregnancy.
-plenty of water.
