hi.. i am having first trimester of pregnancy... i feel leckurrea occassionaly.. sometimes abdomen ya back pain ho to thora sa ziada hta as urine pass krty wqt behta and sometimes kam hi hota hai...is it normal or not? if it is not then advise me any tab please
Consult your gynaecologist. You need to get a swab test for culture.
better to consult the gynaecologist for proper examination and test. If repeated infection or discharge certain investigation need to be done including vaginal swab and blood sugar level too book your self with a gynecologist for antenatal check ups too

-Dear u need to have detailed Evaluation as having discharge with pain.
-if dating scan not done have scan immediately, if viable intrauterine fetus then have Antenatal booking (for all necessary early pregnancy tests) and have high vaginal swab as well with detailed history and discussion on symmptoms.
-if viable intrauterine pregnancy then can start tab duphaston 10 mgs twice daily till 16 wks.
-better have folic acid and precautions as well.
-avoid stress, overwork, stairs, weight lifting etc.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have like diabetes, need Extra attention if u have.
- have strict local hygeine.
-soft comfortable undergarments.
-sitz batgs.use condoms for sex to avoid transmission of infection.
_and if irritation persists u may need antibiotics.

The pregnancy state increase your chances of getting fungal infections, that’s very common so don’t worry , use local antifungal cream or suppositories for its control , continue folic acid , take harmonal support if u have pain lower abdomen or backache , get a urine analysis done to look into the cause of lower abdominal pain and backache
