Please guide for the below HCG report is it a pregnancy?
LMP: 24 March Test date: 27 April
The thing which I’m getting confused is 4 weeks ago she had her cycle, how is it possible that pregnancy is of 4 weeks? Pls guide.
Thanks congratulations your wife is pregnant we calculate the EDD from the first day of last period don’t worry she is sure pregnant she should take folic acid daily for three months nd do us after two weeks to know the status of pregnancy her date of delivery will be 31 December

-Dear its positive pregnancy test.
-Actually it's very early pregnancy and it's positive and need to have follow up.
-have folic acid daily for 5 mgs.
-have strict Check on symptoms and report one sided lower abdominal pain immediately.
-Have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have daily walk, balanced diet.
-if want to check progression of pregnancy or having one sided lower abdominal pain then u can repeat beta hcg after 48 hrs to check its progression if it's increase more then 60 %then only its normal healthy pregnancy.
-suboptimal increase is alarming and need Urgent intervention so report Gynae Emergency.
-best of luck.
She’s pregnant , repeat after 48 hrs of first test , if almost doubling , then healthy pregnancy, get an Usg done after about 10 to 14 days

Start taking folic acid 5 mg daily

It’s possible to get pregnancy test positive after u missed ur period by 2 to 3 days even
