#Confidential my wife missed periods and its around 20th day, dr recommended test HCG and in result HCG serium level diagnosed 26.4? Can you please guide, is pregnancy arisen or not? as pregnancy didnt show in PT stick...
beta hcg level of 26.4 is showing a positive pregnancy result ...better to wait for few days more and then get tvs scan

-Dear beta hcg reported positive but it's better to check its progression by having repeat bet hcg after 48 hrs to check its progression.
-if beta hcg increases more then 60%then it's Normal progressive pregnancy but if it' shows increase less then 60%increase then is its Pregnancy outside uterus and need urgent evaluation.
-if beta hcg positive and one sided lower abdominal pain reported then need urgent evaluation.

She is just pregnant, repeat Bhcg after 48 hrs , if almost doubling , then it’s a good sign that it’s a healthy pregnancy

Sorry madam its not showing properly, we did repeat HCG and now result is fifteen hundred and sixty one.

Now u can go and have a TVS to see the pregnancy location, be assured it a good sign , and ur wife is very much pregnant , congratulations , but do a scan for viability , dating and location of pregnancy
