Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Karachi

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and this is my second pregnancy. My first one was an IUGR at 31 weeks due to absent diastolic flow. The pregnancy is going alright until now but it seems like the growth is slow, I'm two weeks late in conception as well. After my last Nuchal Translucency USS the Dr has asked me to get an OGTT done. I just wanna know why? What's wrong? The NT was 0.15cms

GTT is screening test for diabetes and has nothing to do with nuchal translucency which is a screening test for Down syndrome.
