-working, over working, stairs, weight lifting in early pregnancy depends on your previous history as well if have been cervical incompetent, had history of multiple miscarriages then u need Extra care and precautions but if no previous abnormal or significant history then no issue actually.
-as no previous history available u can lift small grocery bag.

Heavy work is avoided becoz it can stimulate uterine activity which can lead to miscarriage , so do only the regular active work
