-Many factors combined to calculate risk including age, nuchal translucency,serum Markers,maternal age etc.
-old age lady can have more risks then younger age.
- serum Markers also need to be measure.
-nuchal translucency also is a measurement that is describing risk less then 3 mm is Normal.
-family history is also important if having positive history then more risks.
-All factors Combined and then to measure risks.
-your over all Report is better, showing least risks.here family history factor not mentioned.
-better to have serial scan especially anomaly scan at 20 wks and cardiac out flow tract at 22 wks.
-nuchal translucency less then 2.99 mm is normal.So if it's done at at 12+ weeks then it's Normal.

Yeah this test is done at 15weeks i already had an ultrasound NT scan which was normal and than at 4months this done was done .
In my family there is no history of down syndrome and abnormality Alhamdullilah ..
I am 25years old and this test is done on 15weeks of my pregnancy...
