increase ur red meat portion in ur daily diet...start taking 2-3 dates every day if not diabetic...also extract of apple carrot and chukander wth lil lemon added...this ll increase ur Hb...though 11.2 is also not bad...
dont miss ur iron...shud b taken wth water before meals( not breakfast)...
