22 weeks pregnant. Second pregnancy.. had first pregnancy of 24 weeks and delivered baby at 24 weeks due to contractions and cervix opening. Now the problem is having starange feeling in lower abdomen like something is dropping down while standing for some time. And also having light milky discharge sometime. Done scan yesterday. Baby is in cephalic position. Is it normal?? Or I can go through the same as before?? My 16 weeks and 22 weeks reports are attached.. kindly help me. I’m very afraid

visit ur OBG fr diagnosis and mx of vaginal discharge-vaginal infection is one of the cause of PTL-right now things seem to b in normal condition-but u shud b hvg wkly scans for determining cervical length and int os patency due to ur previous obstetric history-my mx is different-if i hv one incidence of PTL earlier aft ruling out all the predisposing factors i do circlage-as i consider every pregnancy to b precious and i dont take any risks keeping in mind tht one pregnancy loss brings an immense psych-social burden on the couple-so best of luck-here v cn suggest only and sumtimes tell our possible mx-every consultant has her own mx-

- U need to have urgent detailed Examination by senior obstetrician to check cervical changes ( by gentle Examination ) any liqour leaking or any infection ( by having Hvs ) .scan blood tests swabs need to be done and discussed .
- u could have cervical cerclage around 14 wks of pregnancy due to previous history.
- have rest ,avoid stairs , sterneous work,stress , anxiety ,Sex or any other activity that can affect pregnancy .
- have detailed Consultation with Obs Specialist .
