I am 6 months pregnant and when ever i delay my urine for like 3 4 hours my left bum starts to get hurt and it gets so much painful that i cant even move why is this so is this a sign of a baby girl and my nails are turning purple everyday what can be reason ? Please guide

- it's growing ,develping Pregnancy need some more space to accomodate Baby so internal organs could get pressed or could change in position.like ureters could have some pressure on these.
