I am 4w5days. I had a miscarriage on August 2019. I am having a little or mild pain in my left abdomen its not permanent sometimes I feel the similar pain at my lower back left side. It keeps in transferring sometimes below my ribs and sometimes in lower abdomen also. The pain is not like cramping. I thought it was because of constipation but the problem is solved today. My appointment is on thursday. I am worried please guide me. I am afraid of ectopic pregnancy.

Ectopic pregnancy will be ruled out on ultrasound only. Better to go to hospital for assessment
Most likely it's due to gases. Yet it's important to rule out ectopic pregnancy. Have TVS ( transvaginal scan ) for pregnancy localization.

- first Symmptoms need to be observed closely by Gynae specialist to have urgent intervention accordingly so u need Examination along with TVs with Expertise hands along with beta hcg twice with interval of 48 hrs if petient stable after proper detailed Examination and Evaluation.
- have soft Diet,plenty of water ,fruits vegetables.
