I am married since 8 months and trying to conceive for 5 months. This month i missed my periods and its been a week now. I did strip test and its negative. Qualitative bHCG is also negative. I feel lower abdominal mild pain as in periods. I want to ask if this pain is of implantation and it is normal? Should i wait more for the tests to be positive ?? How many days it take bhcg to appear in urine and blood? Does intercourse should not be done in this situation? I also feel sore breast.. kindly respond

- dear u should send your serum bet hcg report if it is negative then it could be hormonal imbalance .
- Send me Report of beta hcg .
if it's negative then u need to have evaluation ,investigations and treatment accordingly .
- have Complete treatment for any health issue u have .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
-have folic acid Regularly .
- After missed period u should have positive pregnancy test in blood ( serum beta hcg ) if Conceives but in urine pregnancy test could be unpredictable .
u can have intercourse .
- in case of any one sided pain ,spotting with positive Pregnancy test need to report in Gynae Emergency.
- follow with beta hcg report
