Salam ladies. My date was yesterday and no sign of periods yet though my avg cycle is 26 days. Thing is, I am having severe stomach cramps like I can’t stand for long, my vagina hurts sometimes and feeling heaviness around left abdomen which makes me difficult to walk. I have a miscarriage history. My last pregnancy end up as missed miscarriage on 10th week. But I didn’t experience such things even then. Is it normal?

First do bHCG test, if positive then consult a gynaecologist for progesterone support with injections and oral medicine.

I think it’s negative. Right? Now what to do? Every month I face such things after (after d&C).

-ur beta hcg reports that u are not pregnant.
-have one ultrasound pelvis to Exclude pelvic pathology,can have medications for with drawal bleed but need Detailed evaluation for thus pain, temporarily can have tab ponstan 500 mgs 8 hrly.
-on having periods need blood tests on day 2 of periods (fsh /lh, thyroid function test,serum insulin, prolectin, testosterone, progesterone).
-follow with ultrasound and blood reports.
