- Dear have balanced life style, check one blood test thyroid functiin test if would have blood tests in near future.
- do have carrot, apples juice daily , palak in diet for iron level.
-"calcium and vit d is also necessary. Have that in tablet form like cac 1000 or tab osnate D after breakfast.
-try to avoid sleep in day, only sleep in night.
-keep leftlateral or right lateral whike sleep with 2 pillows under head.
-have warm baths with olive oil massage in day light.
-plenty of water, avoid constipation, have fruits and vegetables more.
-Regular antenatal visits andfollow ups.
