Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I had a termination of pregnancy through c sec in Sep 2020 that was my third pregnancy. Termination was due to because fetus has multiple disorders. I have one daughter 2.5 years old that was also through csection my babybos mashallah OK First pregnancy was also resulted in termination beacuae baby movement stop it was normal DNC. Now after last c section my LMP was 8 April I have missed periods and symptoms of pregnancy and I don't want baby now because I am not fully okay now I was having corona also a month ago and the post symtops are there I am afraid that my baby will nt not be okay that's time also may be he had any issues what should I do continue pregnancy or not kindly guide me.
