Last Nov i had ectopic pregnancy for which i was given methrotrexate, pregnancy dissolved without any damage to ovaries. But during ultrasound a hypoechoic structure was found in posterior cul de sac. It was first found in nov, then déc, then jan and then again in April. Dr was hoping it was baby tissue n it will dissolve itself but it didn't. Now dr said it may be a fibroid so leave it as is, i am worried please look at reports and suggest what you think it is and what i should do now. Thank you jazaakAllah
if you had ectopic pregnancy last year you were treated medically .after that u are having no pain your periods are regular ..then forget about ectopic but there are many causees of secondary subfertiltly .you need complete history and workup..plz consult Via merham.pk
I think get the doppler USG and the tumor markers need to be done

Aoa this is TVS report of November and February. Plz latest TVS reports and Bhcg reports follow up reports after methotrexate. Do u have regular cycle now ? Thanks

April report is also uploaded. I am attaching it again here along with structure marked picture bhcg after methrotrexate came abt less than 2. Periods before were 6 days but since past 4 months its now only fr 2 days in a month.
