Aoa I missed my period which was due 7 Feb I got a dark brown spot on 15 Feb and then again on 20 Feb I performd a pregnancy test today which was positive alhumdulilah but I get severe pain on my left and right side of pelvis it's so intense and lasts for 30 seconds Can anyone please tell me what is this pain as I ll go for ultrasound next week
You are having problems now but planning ultrasound after 1 week , why ? Go for it now and have Urine C/E and CBC tests as well .
Wasalam. More detailed history is required. Moreover get an urgent ultrasound.

I am afraid the pain can be dangerous , might be due to some complicated ovarian cyst or ectopic pregnancy .

Aoa doc I went for ultrasound and the doc told me that she can't see anything on ultrasound yet as I hv irregular periods my last lmp is 7 Jan
