Asalam u alaikum, I live in the UK and the fasts overhere are nearly 19 hours, I am nearly 5 months pregnant, I wanted to ask what should I eat during aftar and suhoor to keep myself healthy and baby? And how to keep myself hydrated as it is impossible to drink so much water in short span of 5 hours. Also what foods to avoid that makes u thirsty. Iftar 10pm Suhoor 3:30 am

-Dear for pregnant ladies it's not necessary to have complete whole month fast.
-u can give breaks frequently as very long fasting not good for general health and fetus in pregnancy.
-have yougart, milk, olive oil, dry fruits, fresh fruits juice, vegetables. Avoid caffeine and tea.
-have iron supplements regularly and proper healthy well nutritious diet.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have daily walk.
