Salam. Mera missed miscarriage hua tha twins thay. Dnc ko 2.5 months ho gae hain. 2 periods ho chukay hai. Meri doctor ne advice kia tha k mei 2nd periods k baad pregnancy plan ker sakti hun. But mei us se pehlay apnay sab tests kerwana chahti hun to check if i am normal and healthy for a pregnancy. Please tell me k mujhay kon kon se tests kerwanay chahiye. Last pregnancy mei mera tsh low tha. Recently mei ne tsh test karaya tau normal aya bilkul. Mera vitamin D level b average se kam tha. I cant go to vosit my gyne. Please advise me tests to check

asalam alaikum, according to ur history u need HBA1C,lupus anticoagulant and anticardiolipin antibodies IgG and IGM alongwith detailed ultrasound, start taking folic acid 5 mg,for discussion take appointment through marham
Take folic acid and visit your doctor to assess any need of tests. Ot depends on your detail histtory and previous pregnancy details. So assessment is required.

How many months pregnancy was missed miscarriage (twins) usually twin pregnancy are at increased risk of having early pregnancy complications like missed miscarriage or blighted ovum’s and usually it has chromosomal causes in > than 95%of cases rarely other causes like infections etc will play a role .start taking Folic acid before start of pregnancy ,check your RUBELLA Status if you are non immune you will require vaccinations prior to pregnancy can you tell the size and gestation of the foetuses at the time of diagnosis of missed miscarriage

It was 7 weeks pregnancy and the growth stopped. Pata 9th week mei chala tha ultrasound se. Rubella ka test last pregnancy mei hua tha it was fine. I am taking folic acid. Mera vitamid D level low tha. And most importantly mera THS low tha. Phr Doctor ne T3 T4 kerwaya tha woh normal aya tha. Phr miscarriage dnc k baad dubara thyroid test karaya tha mei ne khudi tau ab normal aya hai. Is k ilawa koi test ya ihteyat?
