Almost 9th week of pregnancy, did ultrasound on 7th week there was heartbeat present, I have severe pain in hip and legs I just want to know the range what will be the cure, my thyroid test are normal taking duphaston already,

-Dear if this is generalized pain is in both legs then no need to worry better to have calcium with vit d tablets, hot baths and oil massage etc.
-have folic acid, vit D regular antenatal Check ups, avoid stress/Sternneous Exercise /stairs/abdominal strains /weight lifting.
-Continue duphaston.
-take plenty of water and observe and discuss Symmptoms accordingly.
