Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Quetta

I am 13weeks pregnant. I have hypothyroidism (controlled) and SLE. my all recent tests are clear except serum anti-dsDNA( thats 726 IU/ml). My rheumatologist recommended to start deltacortril 5mg EC (2+0+2) for 15days then to tapper 5mg every 2 weeks. I want to ask, is it safe to have steroids during pregnancy? Can I avoid taking it as me and my family is concerned or its important in my condition. Kindly guide. I am currently on thyroxine, HCQ 200mg and imuran bd.
