I was having bloody vagonal discharge went to dr ultrasound show low lying anterior placenta dr prescribe duphaston and rest.im taking this for a month.again during monthly check dr told me for follwing test due to itching senation in vagina.she prescribe vagibact cream for 7 days.my question is tha crp positive can be linked with that vaginal infection or not

-Dear c reactive protein can be elevated in pregnancy as compared to non pregnant level even if no chronic or acute inflammatory reaction.
-this increase c reactive protein along with per vaginal bleeding in pregnancy need to be check as chorioamnionitis can cause Preterm labour, premature preterm rupture of membranes, miscarriage etc.
-have detailed Examination AS URGENT by obstetric specialist for bleeding
-have high vaginal swab to check infection.
-have one scan for placental location and scan need to be checked by specialist.
-have iron supplements regularly.
-have restricted Activities, avoid stairs, weight and sterneous Exercise.
-have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have strict hygeine.
-soft comfortable undergarments.
-sitz baths and olive oil massage.
-strict check on bleeding, pain or colored discharge and report accordingly.
-regular Antenatal visits and scans.
-do have urgent Consultation with treating obstetrician.
-best of luck.
Thanks i don’t think so that positive crp is needed for vaginal itchy it indicate infection somewhere may be chorioamnioniti or some other infection

Vaginal discharge is stopped a week ago there is no pain im just having itchy vaginal
Vaginal stab test show candidiasis.dr told me ur placenta will go up with time.i got date for anomly scan next tuesday.should i go for some private scan before that im applying vagibact cream in vagina from 3 days
