- Transvaginal scan is more help ful as compared to transabdominal scan in early pregnancy but in very early pregnancy scan and urine Pregnancy test even Not predictable .so first test to know pregnancy status is serum beta hcg .pregnancy progression can be checked by beta hcg twice with interval of 48 hrs .

Assalam o alikum. the earliest diagnosis of pregnancy is by blood test then urine test and ultrasound can see sac of pregnancy at 3 weeks but fetal viability at least at 5 weeks TVS.
