Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Diet

I am female 30, at week 14 of pregnancy. I have cravings for fennel seeds (saunf) from week 10 and I had it some how minor in quantity but i just read it on google that its really harmful for unborn baby. Does it need any cure or I can just stop using it..
