Asking For Wife, Female 25, Layyah
Salam, As my wife missed her periods so we tested through pregnancy test strip. We got pregnancy positive result. As my wife is week so i want to know what should she take in and what is good for her in these days. Please also tell me what we should avoid.
She should take fresh fruits and vegetables.

To eat healthy,u should aim to do following. Base your meals on starchy food such as potatoes ,bread, rice and pasta.Eat at least five portions of different fruits and vegetables.Eat as little fried food ,bakery items,and avoid drinks that are high in added sugar.Instead eat fibre rich food such as oats ,beans,lentils,grains and seeds.Eat some protein every day choose lean meat and try to eat two portion of fish a week.Eat dairy food for calcium such as milk yogurt cheese etc.Take folic acid 400 microgram and vit D 10 microgram aday
