Hello doctor, Mera 2nd trimester start hogaya hai alhamdulillah. But jab se start hua hai mujhe kabhi lower abdomen pain hai belly se neechy pura part aur woh theek hota hai tou back pain. 3rd month tak esa kuch dard nhi tha ab start hua hai. Its normal? Please guide..

Little Aches and pains in 2nd and 3rd trimester are common due to increasing size of baby and stretch on ligaments but if it is strong enough to require Analgesia you should contact an obstetrician and gynaecologist as some time there might be other causes for pain
if ur report is normal then these body aches and pain are part of normal pregnancy. donot worry. u can take analgesia oral or local application for back pain.
u can do urine DR test .. wese yeh normal symptoms he in pregnancy due to baby pressure

- if episodic pains going down in lower abdomen then it's better to have Consultation with treating doctor / obstetrician .
