I had my last period on 16th april after that I had sex with my partner 3 times 1st on 13 may but we use protection 2nd 19 may and last 25th may 16 April ke bad se I didn't get my periods I have done ultrasound endometrium is 5.8 may I skip pregnancy in this stage?

I've done ultrasound as well endometrium is 5.8 is it normal or high in pregnancy?

scan should be repeated after one week from some good radiologist
as endometrial thickness seems not normal
