Assalam o alaekum I m married for 2 years. I have subserosal fibroid of size approx 3cm on posterior wall. I m pregnant of about 6 weeks. I have some spotting issue. I m using cyclogest and gravibinan. Kindly suggest me more precautionary measures for healthy pregnancy. I also lost my two children.

This fibroid is not going to harm your pregnancy. Cyclogest is quite good enough , Gravibinon is outdated and I don't recommend it . How did you loose your babies ? Abortions or death after delivery ?

1st miscarriage in 8th week of pregnancy
In second pregnancy, spotting issue was there for initial 3 months. Then it went well till 8th month. Fibroid size increased to 9cm. Then suddenly in 8th month my baby stopped moving and died. Delivery done through c section due to fibroids
