Assalam o alaikum I want to know can I take Ponstan during 1st trimester (or during whole pregnancy) when needed? PS. I can't take panadol.

Ponstan( Mafenemic Acid) shouldn't be taken almost throughout the pregnancy. In case of severe pain if you can't take Panadol, you may take Ponstan but for a very very short duration.
