Assalam u alaikum drs. Mujhe subchorionic bleeding k bare m janna tha.. ye q hoti hai aur iske hone se kya masla hota hai.. baby ki growth 2 weeks kum hai,according to lmp 8th week hona chaiye tha lekin 6th week hai aur heartbeat agyi hai..lekin ultrasound me subchorionic bleeding show hoi hai.. please mujhe thora guide krdain...
Salam . Subchorionic bleed is due to separation of placenta . It settles down with rest and progesterone . Baby’s growth can be less due to delayed conception. Take rest .

- Dear due to periods irregularity and othercauses periods dates and scan can show descrepency .
-subchorionic bleed could occur in any stage of pregnancy but need precautions and monitoring .in early pregnancy can be indication of miscarriage .inlate pregnancy preterm birth .
- have rest ,avoid sterneous Exercise,weight lifting stairs and other activities .
- have Regular follow ups and scans .
- report Symmptoms.

stress,anxiety,trauma,hormonal imbalance,over exertion,defects in coagulation profile leading to bleeding tendencies,hypertension,hypo/hyperthyroidism etc can b few of the reasons fr such bleeds-tht can becum dangerous if nt taken care properly...now rest is sumthg tht isnt advised by texts but its my experience and common observation tht at rest patient can avoid further deterioration of the situation...ideally the bleed shud reduce in size wth time...
right now if the CRL of the baby is lesser than may b u hv concieved later in the cycle...
