Im 15 weeks pregnant, I'm taking the meds for vitamins and mineral, now I'm suffering from constant constipation for past few days and its really painful also causing backache and dizziness.

-have any other health issue,took medications for any other problem??? Having any disturbance digesting food, vormitings, nausea, constipation???
-have balanced, soft, fresh easily digestable diet.
-have cold milk in early morning half cup and at night before sleep, avoid citrus and spice.
