Concieving with fibroids is possible or not? I have a 6 yr old boy nd trying to concieve since past 8 to 10 months.. I got my 3 ultrasounds done latest was in December in which the size varies from 5.6x4.8 My dr asked me to get HSG done.. But i am not feeling comfortable about this xray as one of my relative told me her bad experience about it.. Is HSG necessary??? I dnt want to go through any painfull procedure or treatment.. Is mayomectomy for fibroids is necessary? I can't concieve naturally?? I had my pt test done in November as i was 6 days late, it was positive nd the morning i tested, the same night bleeding starts and it was normal Bleeding not that much heavy but the pain next morning was unbearable. Please answer to my queries so that i can get some hope.. Attaching my report Also i am not having any symptoms of fibroid alhamdulillaah like heavy bleeding nd pain.. Yeah i have pain sometimes in my lower back when my periods are near.. My period cycle is also normal alhamdul
Yes HSG is must to exclude need of surgery.
u can conceive with fibroids depending on its type and location
secondly after 6yrs hsg is done to rule out if tubes are still patent and not blocked....
its not painful if u get it some by a good centre r gynaecologist
