Talk to Gynecologist on Shortage Of Breath

hello docs.i m 28 week pregnant .I m feeling shortage of breath specially in night .and bp low 60/100 Hb is 11 now.and baby is breech position from 3months.whts the solution. I m taking fefolvit and osanate d .I m feeling tired bp low and feel less oxygen.plz solve the problem
