what are the main causes of spotting after periods? it's colour is light but 7 days k baad 9/10th day spot lg jata hai...Is there any medicine to stop this spotting issue? I'm really worried.

mujhy periods ka issue hogya tha ramzan k baad..tbsy mjhy periods sahi ni ho rahy thy ..sirf aik din bleeding hoti thi ..ab last month sy mjhy start Huey aur sahi ho rahy thy but periods khatam honay k baad spott lg jata hai...is it a serious issue? and now I joined gym and eating healthy food I am overweight...
