I am having one sided abdominal pain for the last 2 days. But pain is not regular it happens for a while.

Thankyou so much dr. for your guidance and quick reply. Just want to ask one more important question can one sided abdominal pain can be seen while trying to conceive in PCOS as I am sufferer of it and having the following medications.
Glucophage 500mg
Idocon 50mg
Ovamytol sachet.

there should be 2 lines.
either repeat the strip test after 3 days or go for serum bhcg.
start folic acid 400 mcg daily

2 possibilities are there:
1. You might be pregnant repeat your test after 2 to 3 days and take folic acid hydrate yourself.
2. Your pregnancy is biochemical pregnancy.
Kindly repeat beta hcg and book an appointment.
