Please interpret this Transvaginal Ultrasound report done on day 12 of cycle, and tell if the problem is serious and how long can treatment take. Unable to conceive for 1 year with 24-27 day period cycle, already taking Surbex Z and folic acid 1 tablet daily since 4 months. FSH, LH, TSH reports are normal. No significant drug history, non smoker husband.

- try to have normal weight and Bmi and have daily exercises.
- have normal ,balanced Healthy Diet and have less salt,suger ,oil and spice .
- have Sex in fertile period of cycle from day 7 to day 13 for U.
- have folic acid daily 0.4 mgs .
- try to resend or attach scan report ,small folicles normally heals itself.
