My sister is trying to conceive since 11 months in few days it will be one year to her wedding .. Her periods are late for 7days because her last cycle was 34 and her last menstrual cycle date was 13 feb and today is 25march and still she didnt get her periods her ovaries are polystics she is having white milky discharge without itching and burning and lower backache and cramps i am attaching discharge pic can you pls check it is okk..

- Dear it could be normal vaginal secretions if no itching , irritability ,no coloured secretion.
- just take care of hygeine ,soft comfortable ,clean Undergarments.
- have Complete care of any health issue u have like Diabetes ,thyroid irregularities etc .
- have one serum beta hcg to check your Pregnancy status as have been trying to Conceive and missed dates .
- report symmptoms to gynae Emergency ( one sided lower abdominal pain with positive Pregnancy test) need urgent Evaluation .
- follow with beta hcg .

This type of discharge is having from 10days.
Yeah i told my sistrr to go for ths test but she is scared that she will get disheartened with the negative result.
She is having backache and leg cramps alsoo.
She is 9 days late for her periodss.

Have blood pregnancy test and report here or to your local gynae specialist if symmotomatic ( right one sided lower abdomen pain with positive Pregnancy test)
And in case of negative pregnancy test u will need treatment/ investigations ( for irregular prolong periods ) and will need to discuss as well
Please get her examined by gynaecologist. She needs a vaginal swab to be taken for investigation.
Get a pregnancy test done , don’t worry about the discharge , if causing itching or discomfort , see a gynaecologist for treatment , it’s nothing to worry about , get treatment for pco , if pregnancy test is - ve
