Hi doctor my LMP was 13 feb my last cycle lasted 34days and ths month i didnt get periods yesterday i went to dr and she did my betahcg and it was positive and my urine strip is also positive according to my report i am 4 weeks pregnant but there was nothing in my ultrasound report only my endometrial was thickk ..
Repeat hcg twice at 48 hours interval and consult gynaecologist again. You need repeat ultrasound after hcg report.

- Dear very Early pregnancy difficult to detect at scan or even some times at urine test ( very early Pregnancy).
- So if remains Asymmptmatic then reeat scan after 2-3 wks.
- observe for Symmptoms ( one sided lower abdominal pain,bleeding per vaginal need urgent detailed Evaluation ) if symmotoms present report Immediately to Gynae Emergency.
have folic acid .
for now u can repeat beat hcg and send previous and next report to discuss progression of Pregnancy .

Just repeat ur Bhcg after 48 hrs , if it’s almost doubling , then don’t worry , it’s going to be a healthy pregnancy , get an Usg at 6 weeks to look for dating and viability
