I had my last cycle on 18 dec, 2018. Please tell me how to track my most fertile days. Also suggest some prenatal vitamins that i should take to conceive successfully. Remember me in your prayers. JazakAllah

- In Regular 28 days Cycle Fertile period is from day 8 to day 13 .in case if irregular cycles have sex on alternate days if Cycle is Around 28-30 days from day 8 to day 15. but if it's prolong cycle around 35 days then have sex from day 13 to day 21( regularly if regular cycles or irregularly if Irregular cycles on alternate nights ) .
have folic acid 5 mgs if any chronic health issue for that bU have been treated or high Bmi other wise can have 0.4 mgs daily .
- have all measures in Normal Range .
- have fefal or ferrous sulphate daily .
- daily walk ,balanced diet and Bmi .
- husband's general health should be Normal .
- I hope things would be Normal .
