Asking for Husband, Male, 35 years old, Karachi
Hi, We have been trying to conceive for 2 years now. i got my blood work done and all my hormones are normal, have a regular cycle of 34 days, took lezra for 4 cycles (one with HCG injection) -nothing worked. Dr advised for a semen D/r report of my husband. please can you check the report and advise.

- Dear I have seen your report it seems normal .
- u have normal Bmi and weight ? 8f no try to have daily Exercise and walk to have normal bmi .
- have complete treatment of any health issues u have .
- have recreational activities and try to revise any medications u have been taking with respective specialist .
- blood pressure,suger ,thyroid function test should be Normal .
-husband general health should be moderate and better to quit Smoking .
- have aex in fertile period of cycle with follicle tracking or can have medicines as u described .
- have dry fruits ,balanced diet .
- send me your reports and recent scan as well.
- have folic acid daily 5 mgs.
- I hope things would be better .

1)Yes, I got my weight and bmi checked and that's normal. The gynae I was referring to also said you have a good bmi ,I am not sure what's the hurdle.
2) I had been taking lezra 5 mg from cycle day 3-7 and hcg injection 5000 i.u. in last cycle ( when two folliciles have maturely developed).and inocare.

1)scan of pelvis shows antererted uterus 10.2*3.2*5.0 size medium
2)0.6 endometrium thickness
3) both ovaries are normal. No multiple cysts found.
4) right ovary measure 4.0 * 2.3 , follicile 2.4* 1.8
5) left ovary measure 3.4*2.2 , follicile 1.8*1.7
Thyroid stimulating harmone : 1.07
Vitamin D : 43.49
Serum insulin : 3.92
Serum Prolactin : 10.92
