Assalamualaikum. I need expert opinion regarding my query. - how to increase fertility? -how to get rid of pelvic inflammatory disease and yeast infection Are there any natural ways. I am a mother of 2.7yrs old daughter and trying for another baby since last six months. But no luck. There is constant infection which isnt going. Done with around 8course of antibiotics(for sore throat also) during these months. My ultrasound shows normal ovaries. Thyroid profile is also normal. But havent concieved and infection is occuring again and again.
It’s not clear where is the constant infection. You have mentioned sore throat and have taken antibiotics for that??? Or taken medicines for pelvic inflammatory disease.

Did eight antibiotics course in last six months. Three antibiotics were for sore throat rest of them i took for either PID or urine infection. There is persistent urine or pelvis infection.
Kindly don't have overtreatment as antibiotics having side effects as well and body could be resistant to antibiotics.
Have precautions like hygeine, herbal remedies etc.
-sex better to do in fertile periods of cycle.
-Discuss all other medical issues with respective specialists.
-have folic acid daily.
-semen analysis and better health care needed for husband.
-any menstrual irregularities also need to be sorted out if there is.

My periods are regular and cycle is either 26 or 28 days. This is the first time when cycle length reaches to 31days and i was hoping for the pregnancy but its my period day 1 today. Last month dr gave me five days course of clomid

-have natural ramidies for sore throat rather then recurrent antibiotics at start of Symmptoms immediately.
- have gargles ,steam inhalation .
-do take care of any health issue u have .
- for pelvic infection better to have strict hygeine .
- smelly Coloured or irritative discharge is sign of infection,over treatment can damage normal flora so avoid it .
- if still symmptoms there for vaginal infection have high vaginal swab and follow here with report .
- have sex in fertile period of cycle to have better chances of conception.
- menstrual irregularities also need to sort out if there .

Seems like antibiotic isnt a solution to these infections. I complete the course but again start having lower abdomen pain go for ultrasound and there is infection. This is the story of these months. I am literally fed up now. Which thing is causing infection and trouble in concieving

Yes some blood tests and scan done last month including thyroid profile, cbc esr, vit d, uric acid and pelvis ultrasound. Tests showed normal results and scan showed PID
