Assalamualaikum. My daughter is 2.10years old and i am trying to concieve since last ten months. My thyroin profile is normal. Pelvis u/s shows persistent infection.dr is saying that by concieving your infection will gone. I did clomid course twice. Then dr gave me lezra and my follicular size was 1.3cm on day 9th of cycle. Dr said its optional if i wait or take injection for increase in follicular size. I waited for size increase but no fertilization occured. So in june dr gave me double dose of lezra/letrozone. I got my ultrasound done and follicle size of right ovary was 2.0x1.3cm. Dr said now inshaAllah you will concieve this month. Now i am again having period cramp which might come soon its day 26 of my cylce. Due to some very serious issues i am unable to visit dr this time and i dire need of dr's advise what to do now if my period come again. Please help me what should i do

-Dear fertility issue could have reason but in Many petients it could be with out any reason there is fertility issue called Constitutional with out any reason.
-have strictly all precautions, do take folic acid daily 5 mgs.
Continue to maintain Bmi and normal weight.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs (coccaine, tobacco).
-have sex in fertile period of cycle .
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have Daily walk. Yoga and Exercise.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-continue to have consultation with fertility specialist.

Dr asked me to consult urologist because i am having constant lower abdominal pain and i have kidney stone too. Pelvis Ultrasound shows normal ovaries and good follicular size after lezra treatment.

get ur husband semen analysis aft 48-72 hours of abstinence...if u dont conceive this time...
