Talk to Gynecologist on Ttc

I have been married since 10years... have a son of 8years old normal delivery...trying for 2nd baby since 6years have 3missed carriages in 2012 2014 2016....after that ttc but no succuess...mybinsulin prolactin was high....butvthose are normal now...my apla agm was positive...and torch profipe mey cmv and rubella igm and igg dono posituve aye they..whats ths reason of missed carriages and not conceiving easily....recently my doc gave me fertility med femara with menogon and ivfc for 3mnths....my egg size was good but still no success...doc asked for laproscopy...reports were all clear...now doc have asked me to try naturally...i m attaching all reports of mine and my husband plz c and guide that us it possible thatvi will get pregnant naturally with these results.. his normal forms are 2%....i have regular periods 26_ 28 days cycle...i am attaching all reports....plz plz help me.
