Asking For Sister, Female 31, Lahore
My sister is 31 years old when she sneeze or cough her urine comes out and didnt stop. What is the reason for this. She have to go for umrah next week. She is worried about this. Please tell the reason why it happens or suggest somthing.
Get complete exam urine checked to see for infection and please get examined by gynaecologist for full evaluation to see whether urinary bladder wall is weak or not. Further treatment option will be advised after examination and assessment.

- Dear this is Called urinary incontinence having many types more likely Stress incontinence but it's better to have few investigations for this after consultation with concultant urogynaecologist.
- as u just have to go next week so have urinalysis and culture, maintain bladder diary (proper record of intake and out flow and better have fluids when convenient to go to wash room in evening at home).
-in case of urine infection better have Antibiotics.
-u can use special pads for this.
-another important thing that could help u as Urgent is special perineal Exercises that will help u a lot as when u want to stop urine like that many perineal Exercises especially to strengthen bladder and perineal muscles.
Can have special advice from Physiotherapist as well.

Thanks leakage of urine is due weakness of muscle as a result of repeated pregnancy.due to difficult deliveries she needs to do kegles exercise nd try not to hold urine it is better to see gynecologist
