Kindly guide me about my problem by looking at urine d/r report and the following description of my problem.
This winter I faced issue of urine drops coming out right after waking up in the morning. On waking up, few times, I found urine drops on my cloths. This has started again few days ago. I also feel the need to urinate right after standing up for any work (most of the times) and sometimes drops comes out while going to toilet.
I am 30 yrs old, unmarried, 5'4", 62 kgs, no disease
Aoa. urine report is ok. u should consult urologist for further investigations a d treatment.

do u have any complain of burning sensation during urination or hesitancy or concentrated dark color urine?
any complain of vaginal discharge?
does u find escape of drops of urine while coughing sneezing,??
plz repeat your urine dr..it should be morning first void mid stream urinary sample
increase your fluid intake

No burning, no vaginal discharge ever, nothing while coughing or sneezing.
Urine quantity is also normal (not less)
Will try to go for test again soon

- report is not abnormal but better to have urine DR And culture to Exclude infection Completely.
- As u described your Symmptoms it's better to have one detailed discussion on history ,have Examination and then investigations and treatment accordingly with Urogynaecologist .
- have complete treatment for any health issue u have ,Suger levels should be Normal .
- have normal weight and Bmi and Daily walk,yoga and Exercise.
